About the program
The Sales Account Associate Program is a paid 9–12 month training opportunity for early career professionals interested in sales. This comprehensive program prepares associates for future Account Executive roles through hands-on learning and real-world experience within a Hearst Television (HTV) station.

The opportunity
The Sales Account Associate (SAA) role is designed for candidates who want to build a career in advertising sales but may not yet have the experience required for an Account Executive position. SAAs work within an HTV station’s sales department and receive hands-on training throughout the program. You’ll learn from managers, sellers and support staff, gaining real-world experience in all aspects of the sales process.

Training program includes:
- Comprehensive 9–12 month training with ongoing development opportunities.
